Gary Punch | Account Executive | Charlotte, NC

Gary has been a DSR with local distributors. For the past 26 years, most of his career was spent with Kraft Foods and Alliant Foodservice. Gary has a degree in business administration. He is responsible for multi unit and distributor support.

 

Colleen Hopkins | Account Executive | Charlotte, NC

Colleen has been in the foodservice industry since 1980. She has worked as a chef/manager in restaurants, country clubs, schools, and churches. She has owned a deli restaurant and has also had her own catering business. These past foodservice experiences have prepared her well for her position at CAFE, Inc.

 

Lynn Davis | Distributor Support | Charlotte, NC

Lynn has an extensive Foodservice background with restaurants and country clubs. Before joining CAFE, Inc. in 2005, she worked for a distributor for 3 Years. She has also worked with a well known vending and catering company for 10 years in management.

 

Jason Lockman | Distributor Support | Charlotte, NC

Jason has 11 years in the foodservice market. With experience in IT, foodservice sales and purchasing he is an excellent addition to the CAFE, Inc. team. He is responsible for managing the needs of U.S. Foodservice, Fort Mill and whatever comes his way.

 

Rob Johnson | Raleigh Regional Mgr. | Raleigh, NC

Rob has over 25 years experience in the foodservice industry. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in marketing. He started his management career with Stouffer's Restaurants and later joined Marriot Management Services for 18 years. Rob has attended continuing education classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

 

Abby A. LaMonica | Account Executive | Raleigh, NC

Abby has extensive foodservice experience working in various restaurants. Her primary responsibility is working with the U.S. Foodservice sales force in Zebulon, NC.

 

Brad Bolton | Distributor Support | Columbia, SC

Brad has 4 years experience in the restaurant industry, retail management experience and he joined CAFE, Inc. in May 2005. He has a degree in Criminal Justice from South Piedmont Community College.

 

Deems Knight | Distributor Support | Columbia, SC

Deems joined CAFE, Inc. in May 2008. Deems has worked as a manufacturer, distributor and broker sales rep in the South Carolina market. He is very active in the Midlands Chef’s Association. He has a BA in General Studies and an Associate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of South Carolina.

 

Holly Poteet | Account Executive | Columbia, SC

Holly has worked in the restaurant and hotel business for 25 years and has worked in brokerage for 11 years. Holly now specializes in fine dining, major accounts, school foodservice and deli bakery. She joined CAFE, Inc. in June, 2008.

 

Carol S. Bayne | Corporate Office Mgr. | Charlotte, NC

Carol joined CAFE, Inc. in January 1986 bringing her expertise as a Sales-Service Manager. Prior to joining CAFE, Inc. she worked 7 years with a local foodservice brokerage firm where she became familiar with many customers in both North and South Carolina. She manages our office and customer service representatives.

 

Meagan Valdetero | Customer Service | Charlotte, NC

Meagan became a customer service representative with CAFE, Inc. in April, 2009. She has a BS from Johnson Bible College and has over 5 years experience as secretary and business administrator.

 

Libby M. Petrie | POS & Marketing, Customer Service Charlotte, NC

Libby was previously employed by Trotter Builders for 15 years in the Accounting, Purchasing and Accounts Receivable Departments. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Business/Accounting. Libby works part-time and helps with sales literature, foodshows, and Customer Service. She joined CAFE, Inc. in March 2004.
